Cancellation Policy:

8 weeks or more prior to arrival date: 30% of total rental price (deposit)
between 8 and 6 weeks prior to arrival date: 50% of total rental price
between 6 weeks and up to arrival date: 100% of total rental price

Deposit: 30% (due within 3 days of booking)

Balance: 70% (due 8 weeks prior to your arrival)

A security deposit of 500€ is requested. It will be paid with the 2nd payment and refunded upon property inspection.
